Acceptance of Terms
By creating a numy account and using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any changes.
Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Parents are responsible for supervising their children's use of the platform. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and promptly update it as needed.
Subscription & Billing
numy offers both Free and Pro subscription plans. Free plans include limited features and daily play time. Pro subscriptions billed monthly or annually auto-renew unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your dashboard. Refunds are provided on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use numy only for its intended educational purpose. You may not attempt to circumvent any technical limitations, reverse-engineer the platform, use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to interact with the service, or engage in any activity that disrupts the platform or its users. Violation may result in immediate account termination.
Intellectual Property
All content, design, trademarks, and technology within the numy platform are the intellectual property of numy Education Platform. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for personal educational purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without explicit permission.
Limitation of Liability
numy Education Platform is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all liability for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
